Project At-a-Glance

Project Summary

Our flagship project is a 20 Tonnes Per Day (TPD) Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant, strategically located in the Purnea District of Bihar. Designed for high efficiency and operational resilience, this facility will convert 480 TPD of agricultural biomass into renewable Bio-CNG and premium organic fertilizer, addressing both energy security and environmental challenges.

Strategic Location & Site Development
Site Selection: Purnea, Bihar

The project is under active development on 15 acres within the designated IA Banmankhi Industrial Area, Purnea District, Bihar. This location was meticulously chosen for its optimal blend of:

  • ✓Abundant Feedstock: Proximity to vast agricultural lands ensuring a reliable, cost-effective supply of Napier Grass and Paddy Straw.

  • ✓Favorable Logistics: Excellent connectivity for feedstock collection and Bio-CNG distribution.

  • ✓Industrial Zoning: Benefits from dedicated industrial area infrastructure and policy support from BIADA (Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority).

Site Readiness

We are in process of securing the land lease intent and are progressing with necessary environmental clearances and local permits, aligning with Bihar's supportive biofuel promotion policies.

Technical Overview & Digestion Protocol
Robust Co-Digestion Strategy

Our core processing strength lies in our proprietary 60:30:10 Co-Digestion Protocol (Napier Grass, Paddy Straw, Bovine Dung). This scientific blend ensures:

  • ✓Feedstock Diversity: Eliminates reliance on a single input, enhancing supply chain resilience.

  • ✓Process Stability: Bovine dung acts as a natural microbial inoculant, maintaining stable digestion.

  • ✓Optimized Yields: Maximize biogas production from each component.

Digestion Technology: Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors (CSTR)

The biological conversion occurs in advanced Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors (CSTRs). This proven technology is chosen for its reliability, ability to handle high-solids co-digestion, and consistent performance. Operating under thermophilic conditions (+52°C), CSTRs ensure efficient breakdown of biomass and robust biogas generation.

Advanced Pre-treatment for Paddy Straw

A critical component of our strategy is the mandatory pre-treatment of Paddy Straw. This advanced process breaks down the rigid lignocellulosic structure, which conventional digestion struggles with, unlocking significantly higher methane yields and boosting overall plant efficiency by over 100% compared to untreated feedstock plants.

Project Development Roadmap

We are executing the project through a structured, multi-phase roadmap designed
to mitigate risks and ensure timely commissioning.

Phase 1
Validation & Permitting

Focused on securing all necessary land agreements, environmental clearances, local permits, and final engineering designs. This phase includes detailed site surveys and soil testing.

Phase 2
Financing & Procurement

Mobilization of institutional debt and strategic equity. This phase also covers the finalization of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts and procurement of long-lead equipment.

Phase 3
Construction & Commissioning

Physical construction of the plant infrastructure, installation of reactors and upgrading units, followed by rigorous testing and commissioning to ensure optimal operational parameters.

The project is progressing with the aim of achieving commissioning in Bihar, contributing significantly to the region's green energy infrastructure.
